Today I am excited to share this gorgeous meal.  We decided to try pak choi raw in a salad.  We complimented the salad with thinly sliced raw carrot, chargrilled red pepper and my all time favourite avocado. We enjoyed the salad with a baked mushroom – we only added an egg on the top and baked it till ready.  The veggie burger I added was just for added protein but I didn’t even manage to eat all of it.  I decided to dry fry the extra mushroom and added a bit of garlic and plain yoghurt at the end to make a bit of a sauce.  – Absolutely Talita-tastic – Big Love
